If you are not feeling well, please stay home. We are instructing the same of our employees, managers and owners. Ocean View Properties has been dedicated to high standards of cleaning since its inception. Now more than ever we hold these values higher in the climate we live in today. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Sea Ranch and surrounding communities with enhanced sanitation and physical distancing measures in place. Everyone is required to wear a mask prior to entering into and while in any public structure or when 6ft physical distancing cannot be achieved when outside. Please wash hands frequently with warm water and soap and/or use hand sanitizer.
The health of our employees is being carefully monitored. All employees will be temperature screened when they arrive to work and required to perform a self-check for COVID-19 symptoms.
We have reopened in line with guidelines from the California Department of Public Health in correlation with CDC standards and trainings. We will continue to monitor this closely and adapt to the ever-changing world we are in. Our staff will be continuously disinfecting surfaces and touchpoints in our offices and within each vacation rental home when cleaning prior to each guest arrival. When you are out and about within the community, please take extra pre-caution to be mindful and respectful by wearing face covering to cover your nose and mouth.
No one other than scheduled staff will be allowed within the interior office spaces of Ocean View Properties & Beach Rentals. All guest check ins will be handled with exterior key pick up at the Beach Rentals office (Guests checking into an Ocean View Properties home, will now check in at the exterior location outside of the Beach Rentals office).
